About Me

Life is a journey filled with twists, turns, and unexpected surprises. For me, it began with a stroke of luck – meeting my soulmate in high school. 

From that moment we embarked on an incredible journey. We married, raised three children and were blessed with ten grandchildren. Together, we experienced love, and true happiness.

Our journey wasn't without its challenges, and we faced them head-on. Along the way, learned that a successful transition into adulthood and parenthood lies in developing essential skills before they're needed - skills I passed on to the next generations in my family.

The response of my kids and grandkids to my adulting and parenting coaching sparked a profound desire to pass the lessons I learned to others. 

My next foray into sharing the lessons I learned was the publishing of my book Growing Into Your Parenting Role (Mountain Arbor Press - 2019). Since then, I have blogged extensively on the topic, served as the featured guest on adulting and parenting webinars and blogs, and conducted exciting and informative adulting and parenting workshops.
